Arkaba Hotel
The Arkaba Hotel is located less than 2km from the Chess Champ’s venue. Guests enjoy live music on weekends. For children, the Arkaba offers some rooms with bunk beds, nearby public transport to the city, great views across Adelaide, and is within a 20-minute walk of the tournament.
Guest rooms provide modern amenities including TV, ensuite and free Wi-fi. The budget-level rooms have two double beds, while the more deluxe rooms offer luxurious features such as marble bathrooms and sweeping views. Car parking is provided free of charge.
As a valued partner of the 2024 Australian Chess Championships, the Arkaba Hotel is offering tournament players and their families a 10% discount on bookings for stays from from the 1st of January 2024, while a partial discount will be offered during the Australia – West Indies cricket test match to be held from the 17th of January.
